About photo engraving: this is real leather, and your photo is burned into it with a laser. Expect dark scorch marks, uneven tones and softer detail than the original photo. Every case comes out a little different, and that's part of its character. A clear photo of one person or pet against a plain background works best.

Your personalisation: type your text exactly as you'd like it to appear. We engrave it exactly as written, capitals and spacing included, so please double-check spelling.

Delivery: made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Free UK delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class, with a tracked upgrade at checkout.

Returns: personalised items are made to your specification, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Your statutory rights aren't affected: if anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll put it right.
