Year of Us is a gift that keeps arriving. Tell us your story once: your names, the night you met, where it happened, a few words in your own voice. Then every month a new personalised keepsake lands in your inbox, made only for you two. Print it, frame it, set it as your lock screen, or simply keep it.

How it works

  1. Choose your plan and start date. Christmas morning, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, or as soon as you're ready.
  2. Tell us your story. A five-minute form after checkout: names, the date and place you met, and an optional voice note.
  3. Watch it arrive. Your first keepsake comes on your start date, then a new one on the 1st of every month.

What arrives

  • Month 1 – The Night We Met: the stars exactly as they were over the place you met.
  • Month 2 – Where It All Began: your spot on the map, with its coordinates.
  • Month 3 – Our Voice: your voice note turned into soundwave art, with your words beneath.
  • Months 4–12 (6- and 12-month plans): little things I love about you, a date night in, our firsts, open-when letters, a couple's quiz, our places, dreams together, our year ahead, and finally Our Year, a book of everything.

Choose Midnight (deep plum and gold) or Ivory (cream and gold) when you tell us your story.

Delivery and dates

  • Your printable gift certificate comes with your order confirmation; a personalised version follows within one working day.
  • Your first keepsake arrives on the start date you choose, or within three working days of your story form if you pick "as soon as our story is in".
  • Delivered by email from mm@mintedmuse.co.uk. Nothing is posted.
  • Order by 22 December for a Christmas morning start.

FAQs

Will I be charged again? No. You pay once for 3, 6 or 12 months, and it ends on its own. Nothing renews.

We don't know the exact time we met. Leave it blank and we'll show the sky at 10pm that night.

Do we need a printer? No. Every keepsake also comes as a phone wallpaper. The print files are sized for A4 and A3, so any print shop can print them.

Can I change our details later? Yes. Reply to any of our emails before the 25th and we'll use the new details from the next month's keepsake.

Can I cancel? Yes, for a full refund until your first keepsake is sent. After that, personalised digital keepsakes can't be returned, because you asked us to start straight away. Your rights for faulty items are never affected.

Who sees our story? Only us, and only to make your keepsakes. We delete your story and voice note when your year ends. See our privacy policy.

Do you deliver outside the UK? Not yet. Year of Us is for UK customers for now.
